Ufficiale: Dwyane Wade e Chris Bosh a Miami. Aspettano il loro amico James?

Dwyane Wade ha deciso che se deve rimanare a Miami vorrebbe almeno avere due comapagni di squadra come Chris Bosh e LeBron James. Non sembra anche a voi,il minimo?
E’ riuscito ad ottenere Bosh. Potrebbe anche averli entrambi,lo sapremo ad ore.
Finito il mese delle speculazioni,Wade e Bosh hanno fatto la loro scelta,decidendo che il loro viaggio nel mondo dei free-agent potesse terminare nella caldissima Miami,che già festeggia la notizia.
Wade è quello che rimane,Bosh è colui che arriva a portare quel qualcosa in più,e adesso stanno entrambi aspettando – come il resto della lega – la decisione di LeBron James,che verrà resa nota domani sera (3.00 di venerdì mattina per l’italia) in uno speciale a cura della ESPN.
“Sono contento che sia finita” ha detto Wade al The Associated Press. “Volevo fare la scelta migliore per me,e sono sicuro di averla fatta”.
Wade non conosce ancora bene i termini del contratto che andrà a firmare,e non ha ancora messo la sigla su nessun pezzo di carta. Sarà tutto proporzionato alle parole di LeBron James,perchè nel caso decidesse di raggiungere i due compagni di nazionale a Miami,le cifre sarebbero più basse per tutti e tre ma con la quasi certezza di vincere il titolo. La NBA non mi piacerebbe più tanto allora,sarebbe come vedere la nostra Montepaschi che gioca qualsiasi partita in serie A. Noioso.
“Non parlerò con lui a proposito della decisione che prenderà” ha aggiunto Dwyane durante l’intervista riferendosi all’ex numero 23 “Quando sarà finita mi congratulerò con lui,ma voglio proprio vedere cosa sceglie di fare”.
Lui,LBJ e Chris sono le tre punte di diamante di questo mercato, atteso lungamente da tutti; sono entrati insieme nella lega sette anni fa ed hanno deciso tutti di uscire dal loro contratto per entrare nel mercato di quest’anno e provare ad esplorare possibili soluzioni che li portino verso il titolo.
Di sicuro hanno parlato della possibilità di giocare tutti e tre assieme. Prima si pensava a Chicago,poi a Miami. Adesso sembra che i tre potranno mangiare spesso assieme in qualche locale di Little Havana.
Ora,la palla rimbalza chiaramente sul campo di LeBron James. Il re.
“Io mi aspetto di vederci tutti assieme,competitivi fin da subito per il titolo” ha detto Bosh alla ESPN. “Credo che entrambi,sia io che Wade,siamo pronti a fare qualsiasi sacrificio per imboccare la strada della vittoria… Qualsiasi prezzo. Non c’entrano nulla i soldi. Non c’entra nulla qualsiasi cosa che non sia la vittoria del titolo. Io sono un vincente. Dwyane è un vincente. Noi lotteremo insieme per portare Miami alla vittoria”.
I Raptors avevano molte opzioni di sign-and-trade per poter scambiare Bosh con le tante squadre interessate al giocatore,che ha segnato il suo record in carriera di 24.0 punti e 10.8 rimbalzi di media nella scorsa stagione.
Miami è antrata nel mercato con 44 milioni di dollari libri nel salary cap,senza contare i 16 messi da parte per Dwyane Wade,che avrebbe ricevuto un ringraziamento per tutti gli anni già passati in maglia Heat nel caso avesse rifirmato con la stessa franchigia. Ora D Wade sembra pronto a rinunciare a quel denaro per utilizzarlo nell’ancora ricco mercato.
L’MVP delle Finals 2006 dichiarò già tempo fa che sarebbe rimasto a Miami se la dirigenza gli avesse costruito attorno una squadra pronta subito per competere ai massimi livelli. Insomma,una squadra fatta solo per vincere.
Sembrava che le cose non andassero in quella direzione,e i tifosi della Florida si erano spaventati sapendo di due meeting molto ravvicinati con i Bulls,squadra simbolo del basket e della città in cui Wade è nato.
Giorni dopo,Dwyane sembrava essere già abbastanza sicuro di conoscere cosa volesse davvero fare per il suo futuro.
“E’ finita” ha detto nell’intervista Wade. “Non è proprio finita deltutto,ma per me si.”
Bosh e Wade sono molto amici,si conoscono da tempo ed hanno approfondito la loro “relazione” mentre vincevano la tanto attesa medaglia d’oro a Pechino. Hanno pranzato assieme nei giorni passati a Chicago e arrivano dalla stessa elite class del draft che li ha visti rispettivamente quarta e quinta scelta assoluta.
Entrambi hanno parlato con James,come detto,sulla possibilità di giocare assieme e se il piano non è finito nel cesso prima del tempo,sta prendendo forma proprio tra le palme di Miami Beach.
Fino a quando non firmeranno ufficialmente,Wade e Bosh non potranno essere definiti dalla squadra due loro giocatori a causa dei regolamenti imposti dalla lega. Ma non appena James farà il proprio annuncio,qualunque esso sia,la franchigia preparerà una cerimonia pubblica di benvenuto e i due inizieranno a lavorare insieme alla dirigenza ed al resto della squadra per affrontare al meglio una stagione che sembra vogliano tutti concludere in un solo modo. E non sto a ripetere le parole di Bosh,che mi sembrano già fin troppo chiare.
Tutto il sud della Florida è pronto ad accogliere i nuovi beniamini,e che questi includano o meno James,il “WELCOME DAY” sarà tra le date da ricordare per tutti i tifosi degli Heat.
Chissa se a cinque anni di distanza,Miami farà la fortuna di un’altro gioielliere in città,ordinando un set di anelli … diciamo … che non tutti possono avere!
